Payment and prices
All prices are current and may change in the future. The individual and current total price for your order is summed up at checkout, including any charges for shipping and payment, as well as VAT.
We offer the following payment methods:
Klarna Checkout
Klarna Checkout makes it easy, flexible and secure for you to shop online. By answering a few questions, you identify yourself easily and you can choose the payment method that suits you best. A finesse with Klarna Checkout is that we differentiate between purchase and payment. First you confirm your purchase and then you choose how you want to pay. Either with a Klarna invoice or Klarna account - or by card or bank transfer. Everything is equally safe.
Conditions for payment are also specified in the checkout under the respective payment options.
Deliveries and returns
We offer the following delivery methods:
* Delivery Fixed price SEK 59 (orders over SEK 500, free shipping) for deliveries within Sweden. Delivery within 1-3 working days to the nearest delivery point.
* We reserve the right for possible delays
Conditions for delivery are also specified in the checkout under the respective delivery method. If nothing is specified, 1-3 day delivery applies. If an article has a different delivery time, it is stated next to the respective article. If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you of this by e-mail. Products that are not in stock can take up to 30 days to deliver. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays. If you want to cancel an ordered item, we will charge a fee of 20% of the current sum. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order. There may be occasions that make it impossible to fulfill the order, for example when our supplier or forwarder cannot fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to exonerate ourselves from all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.
Returns
Returns are at your own expense except if the item is defective or if we have packed it incorrectly. Returns must be sent as a letter or package and you as the customer are responsible for the package reaching us. In the case of exchanges, we pay the new shipping from us to you.
14 days open purchase
Only applies to private individuals. Business customers have no right of withdrawal. We comply with the Distance Contracts Act and thus you have the right to return ordered goods without giving any reason. You cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order (or most of it). The item must be returned in unopened packaging. The registration fee for courses is non-refundable!

Refund
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the item. You must pay the return costs yourself when you send the item back.
